When making plans and booking reservations to attend the 2021 TCA National convention, please be aware that current conditions and regulations that have been put in place by the governor of California and the county of Los Angeles as of July 18th, 2021 in regards to the Covid-19 pandemic may include requirements to social distance and wear a mask when visiting. You can check on the current regulations on these websites:

Visit the Los Angeles County COVID Website

Visit the State of California COVID Website

TCA cannot predict what the actual conditions and regulations will be in August, so please make sure to check these web sites frequently to stay up to date. Restrictions in Southern California have recently been lessened substantially, and the outlook is excellent for the restrictions to be reduced even further in the coming months.

Please also be aware that we have been informed by some of the planned tour venues, and the Marriott hotel, that depending on regulations mandated by the state and county, as well as by their corporate ownership, they may be forced to institute and require visitors to their establishments to either show proof of a vaccination using a vaccination passport, or proof of a negative Covid-19 test within the previous 72 hours. The existence of these requirements will not be known to us until the actual August targeted convention dates are much closer. As we verify which venues may require these policies, we will publish that information on the convention registration web site and on the convention registration materials. If you are planning to attend the 2021 convention and participate in any tours that are planned, you can always check the websites for the individual tour venues to see what their current status is.
